Frank's Standard Service Station

Don't you just love the coin change dispenser on his belt?

This was in 1932. Look at the price of gas.

This "Hot Rod" was painted with Frank's Standard Service Station on it.  Frank was heavy on the word SERVICE.  When you drove up to the pumps at his station, Frank was out there in a flash to fill your gas tank, wash your windows and check your oil.  On each side of Brandon there was a road sign that read, " FREE GAS  if we fail to wash your windows, Frank's Standard Service Station."  If you look closely you can see Spike painted on the door.  Spike (Glen) Johnson  was the race car driver who drove this "Hot Rod" at the Viking Speedway in Alexandria in the 1960s.
