A dome city that almost happened in Brandon

http://minnesota.cbslocal.com/2013/06/22/a-dome-city-that-almost-happened-in-minnesota/

Too bad that they did not mention Brandon in this article.  There is a book written about the plans for Brandon Mn.  The city would have covered about 75,000 acres.  A geodesic dome would have partially covered the MXC.  The design was incredibly strong and would have been tornado-proof.  Aitken County was considered for the site after it failed in Brandon.
